Personalized Enrollment Process: Your Journey Starts Here
At Pacific Preparatory, we’ve crafted a thoughtful, personalized enrollment process to ensure the best fit for your child. Your journey begins with an exploratory phone call with our Director of Admissions, Molly Tweten, or a member of our team. During this conversation, we’ll listen closely to your child’s needs and educational goals, share details about our programs, and collaborate with you to determine how we can best support your family. We’re here to answer all your questions and guide you every step of the way.
Once you submit an application, our personalized enrollment process unfolds in the following stages:
We begin by selecting the perfect teacher(s) for your child.
You’ll meet with Erika Sneath, our Dean of Students, to discuss meaningful ways we can support your child and family.
We’ll confirm your child’s programming plan, schedule, and hand-picked teacher(s) with you.
You’ll receive a celebratory welcome package, including a document camera to enhance your child’s online learning experience.
We’ll work with your teachers to create customized learning plans, starting with diagnostic assessments in English language arts and math (if applicable) during the first week of instruction.
You’ll connect with your child’s teacher(s), and instruction will begin with engaging activities that build relationships and set the tone for a positive learning experience.
You’ll receive hands-on learning resources tailored to your child’s needs, along with course syllabi and diagnostic reports, and we’ll continue to collaborate with you as instruction progresses.
At Pacific Preparatory, we prioritize personal connections. We take the time to understand your family’s unique needs and ensure consistent, high-quality support. Our goal is to make you feel like a valued member of our community—before, during, and after your journey with us.
Generally, we aim to transition families from application to instruction in 2-3 weeks. However, the more time we have to carefully match teachers and prepare, the better the experience for your child, so please feel encouraged to reach out as you plan ahead.
