Enrolling at PacPrep
At Pacific Preparatory, we’ve thoughtfully designed a personalized enrollment process. You begin your journey with an exploratory phone call with our Director of Admissions, Molly Tweten, or another member of our team. During this call, we will listen to your child's needs and educational goals, and provide you with information about our programming. We will consult with you to determine how we can best support your family and answer any questions you may have.
Once you submit an application, our enrollment process progresses through the following stages:
We begin selecting the perfect teacher(s) for your child.
You will meet with Erika Sneath, our Dean of Students, and collaborate on meaningful ways we can support your child and family.
We will confirm the programming plan, schedule, and hand-selected teacher(s) with you.
You will receive a celebratory welcome package in the mail that also contains a document camera that will support your child’s engaging online learning experience.
Based on the information gathered, we will work with your teachers to create customized learning plans both ahead of instruction and after they conduct initial diagnostics in English language arts and math during the first week of instruction (if applicable).
You will connect with your child’s teacher(s), and instruction will begin with engaging getting-to-know-you activities that both welcome your child and set the tone for relationship-based instruction.
We will mail you hands-on learning resources specifically tailored to your child, share course syllabi and diagnostic assessment reports, and collaborate with you as instruction continues.
We value personal connections. We take the time to get to know you and your family, and we strive to provide ongoing, high quality programming. We maintain a consistent support team to ensure continuity and stay in touch even after our work together is concluded. You are not just a number to us, but a valued member of our school community.
In general, we aim to get families from application to instruction in as little as 2-3 weeks. However, the more time we have to carefully select and prepare teachers for your child, the better. We are committed to providing a smooth and personalized enrollment experience.

Yes, students can take single courses with us, or enroll with us as their school of record and take a full course load.
We have rolling admissions and accept students throughout the school year. Contact us now to get started and we can begin classes in as little as 2-3 weeks.
One major advantage of our model is that we can customize your child's daily schedule based on your family's needs, including sports training, medical appointments, optimal learning time for your individual child (morning or afternoon), preferred days of the week (many of our families like Fridays off!), community events, travel schedules, etc. We aim to establish a consistent schedule each semester for academic continuity, and scheduling is a team effort.
