We are so pleased to welcome Maddi to the Tutor Corps and Pacific Preparatory team as our Executive Assistant. The wearer of many hats and mixologist extraordinaire, Maddi helps the team run smoothly every day. Learn more about her background, passions, and strengths!
When she’s not greasing the wheels at work, Maddi is busy being a Mom Boss to her three-year-old son, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. She loves hiking in the beautiful surroundings of Michigan with her husband and son, where she recently moved from Los Angeles to be closer to her extended family.

You know the saying, “She wears many hats?” Maddi Ulrich, PacPrep and Tutor Corps’ Executive Assistant, has quite the hat collection, and she wears each one with confidence and style. With 11 years of experience as a graphic designer, Maddi uses her eye for detail and calm demeanor to keep just about everything running smoothly at PacPrep and Tutor Corps. She provides administrative and HR assistance, as well as supporting both Client and Teacher Services and the Outreach realm. If you’ve received a special gift from our team (pretty much our favorite thing to do!), chances are, Maddi put it together beautifully and sent it your way.
Another one of Maddi’s gifts to the PacPrep/Tutor Corps team is her flair for craft cocktails. Friday’s Slack channel entries often include her concoctions, which are creatively named and assembled. For a team spread across three time zones, Maddi brings us all together for a collective “Cheers!” to celebrate the weekend.
